Verniflam® coatings are paints or varnishes specifically developed to improve the fire reaction of wood while emphasizing its beauty
Euroclass B
Depending on the nature of the support, its use indoors or outdoors, and the desired appearance (translucent or opaque, film-forming or not ...) Woodenha Industries provides a range of products specifically developed either to improve or to preserve wood reaction to fire.
Water repellant
Every Verniflam® coatings provide the substrate with increased dimensional stability, a delay in the natural aging of the wood and additional protection against splashing water or even weathering for outdoor finishes.
Factory finish
Verniflam® coatings require a precise application technique in order to optimize their performance. Woodenha Industries can apply these products in our finish-line, for a perfect rendering on your sites.
Indoor intumescent varnish
Verniflam® PV33 + top-coats systems are the best intumescent varnishes for wood. Euroclass B, s1-d0 is reached on any wooden substrate (solid wood, panels, CLT, OSB, etc.) from 10mm thick. By using less product, we reach a Euroclass C which is in most cases suitable for walls. Verniflam® PV33 can also be used to increase the fire resistance of wood, at higher weights.
Verniflam® PV33 systems are translucent, matt and exclusively reserved for indoor use.
Outdoor intumescent paints
Verniflam® AL20X + top-coats systems are intumescent paints for wood (opaque). Euroclass B, s1-d0 is reached on any wooden substrate (solid wood, panels, CLT, OSB, etc.) from 10mm thick. Without a top coat, Verniflam® AL20X may be used alone for indoor applications. Verniflam® AL20X systems can also be used to increase the fire resistance of wood at higher weights.
Verniflam® AL20X systems are opaque, matt and mainly used outdoors.
Non-degrading varnish
Verniflam® ND are the only coatings on the market to have Classification Reports attesting to their non-downgrading nature on a wooden substrate. Namely, they do not modify the reaction to fire of the support. They are used in particular to reveal the beauty of Ignipli® Euroclass B or on any fire-retardant substrate of Woodenha Industries’.
